Today you are 17 Months!!! I still can't believe that in one month you are already a year and a half old:( Time is going by way to fast for mommy and daddy.
This is your newest thing that you do ALL the time. You will open your mouth so big and raise your eyebrows everytime something "excites" or "surprises" you. You used to love to have your shoes on and you still do but now your new thing is when we're in the car you want your shoes and socks off and someone to play this little piggy with your toes. You love the round bally game and you will take off running and laughing really hard before we can even say one steppy. You started doing a new thing where you won't take a drink of something unless we saw do you want to drink out of the big boy cup. You just experienced your first time at Disney world and loved it. You are so spoiled it's unbelieveable and you got everything you practically LOOKED at. Mommy is excited for you this year for Halloween because you can now eat the candy. You've already trick or treated twice this year but without your costume on. BTW you are going to be the Hulk this year since you make your little Hulk face that is adorable. Another new thing is anytime someone says bad dog you go and whack the dog in the face and start your jibber jabber like you are correcting them. You're growing bigger by the day it seems physically and mentally. You love going and playing with other kids and you seem to make friends very easy. You love anything that water shoots up out of whether it's the water hose or a fountain you want to jump in it and try to catch it in your mouth. You can throw harder than I ever thought possible for a 17 month old. We say Hutt Hutt and you take off running with the ball and throw it to us. Your favorite TV shows are still Dora and Diego and you love watching football with Daddy. You love to dance now no matter what time, what place, or who's around. You are a little on the shy/bashful side. You love to flirt with girls especially the Princesses at Disney World. If one of Mommy's girlfriend's is over and she's trying to have you do something you duck your head down and give that sweet little embarassed look. You've given up your crib this month. We just took it all the way apart and put it away this past weekend but you've been sleeping on your mattress or pallets on the floor for about 2-3 weeks now. Papa is in process of making you your Lightning McQueen bed right now and we are keeping our eyes open for all the decorations to decorate the room with. Pretty soon you will be in a Big Boy Bed!!! You learned ears and head this month so now you know mouth nose ears eyes and head. You sing "happy" all the time and you always chant be happy be happy be happy over and over and over. You LOVE Uncle Aaron. He is your best friend and if you even see him he must stay with you for a least 15 minutes or else you will throw a fit and cry your eyes out. You cannot keep your hands off of the trick or treat ceramic bags on the entertainment center to save your life. You think it's hilarious to hide them. You love jumping which you just learned how to do really good this month. You always jump on the couches and mommy and daddy's bed which you're not supposed to be doing but you think it's hilarious. Daddy only has four more months in the Army and then he'll be out. Mommy only has about 8 weeks of school left and then you and I will be hanging out during Winter Break!!! Daddy is fixing to leave for ACAP so it's just you me and Aggie which means we will be late alot because you and I are such great sleepers. You love being outside and would live out there if I would let you. You like going on walks in your wagon and even more lately you will scream if you see your carriage and we don't take you for a ride in it. You go and sit in it and wait for us to come push you and will not let us take you out. Two other things you are fond of now is your four wheeler,now that you know how to push the button and make it go you run over everything and run into all of the walls, and your firetruck flinstone car, you will go sit in there and shut the door and if I or Daddy opens it you will pull it shut again until you are ready to get out. If you're tired you will just go and lay down on the floor somewhere and go to sleep you don't even care where it is. In Florida you learned what we meant when we said go lay down in your bed. You would just walk in there lay in your bed and go to sleep without us even being with you. Some other new words you have learned this month are "haha", cheese, please, thank you, up, down, Aaron, on, and off. You can now recognize who nana, papa, Aggie, Mommy,Daddy, and Uncle Aaron are. Nana mostly calls the house phone when she calls us so now everytime the house phone rings you start saying nana.We are so proud of you little pumpkin and love you so much!!!!

Happy 17 month birthday, Dalton! What a sweet post to him! That expression he makes is so cute. Logan always takes his shoes off in the car, too!
I forgot to mention yesterday that Logan likes Lightning McQueen, too! Yet another similarity of our boys :) I can't remember, maybe I already told you, that was his theme for his first birthday! Right now his Halloween costume is an adorable tiger, but even though I bought it 7 weeks before Halloween he has not adjusted to it yet - I guess it is too confining. :( So I might run out and get the Lightning McQueen one I saw - it's just a little cover to hang over his normal clothes so maybe he won't mind that! I saw awhile back that Dalton was fighting you with the head part of his hulk costume - has he gotten used to it now? I can't wait to come back and see pictures and read about your Halloween with him! That is amazing that he is already in a big boy bed! Thank you for the comments on my posts yesterday - you are right the vaccum I was talking about is the yellow one from Fisher Price! Best wishes during your last 8 weeks of school!
