Disney World Vacation Day 2

This morning we woke up at the Nickelodeon hotel and we were starving. Our Character Breakfast wasn't until 11:30 so we decided to cancel the reservations and go to Denny's instead. So we packed up, checked out of the hotel and went to eat at Denny's. After Denny's we still had some time to kill until we could check in at the resort. We went with my grandparents so we used their week of their timeshare. Since Chantz had never seen our timeshare and we weren't going to be staying there this time we decided we would go see if the models were open. We own labor day week at Celebrity Resorts which is like right on the other side of the road from Disney World. When we got there the manager came out to show us the model. They told us it was changing from II to RCI which was not good news to me since I like II but RCI is who everyone else in my family has. Those of you that don't have timeshares or don't know anything about them will think I'm speaking french right now haha. Anyways we went and looked around and it is beautiful. They just remodeled the whole thing so it's good to know our maintenance fees are going somewhere, ha!! It used to be purples and blues and now it's all beautiful yellows and oranges and very tuscany and tropical feeling. I LOVE it and so did Chantz. They are ripping out the tennis courts and building a water park there instead which Dalton will get alot of joy out of. We also found out our location bought three in colorado in the rockys and two in hawaii so we get first priority if we want to exchange there to those as opposed to other places. I am super excited because I really want to go to Colorado in Jan/Feb time of 2011. And then of course it will be nice to go experience Hawaii. We can go anywhere but if we do we have to hope there are weeks and units open to exchange but because we now own these too we have a greater chance of getting what we want when we want. When we were leaving our timeshare my grandma called her timeshare and they said our room was ready we could come check in. So we went to check in and get in our bathing suits and went to relax at the pool for the day. The one pool had these two slides that Dalton LOVED.

When he would land in the water Papa would get him and then he would make his Hulk face which he's doing in this picture haha. He does that when we say where's the hulk or show us your hulk face but he also does it when he's cold or when he's really mad or excited haha. We think he was really excited here becuase he wasn't mad and it was way to hot for him to be cold. Then we went back to the room and showered and napped. When we got up we played shuffleboard which was right outside our room and nana killed all of us. It was dinner time so we decided to go to the Old Town which is like a little carnival and they have the slingshot and the highest bungy jump in the US and a bunch of shops and restaurants. We ate at this really good burger place and then walked around the shops. Dalton went on the choochoo train with Daddy but he really couldn't ride any of the other rides there because he was too short.

The driver even let him drive it after they were done. Dalton loved that because he loves steering wheels, so much that when we take him off of one he screams like someone is killing him.

Then we went home and took baths. We got the master bedroom because nana said since we had Dalton she wanted us to have the bigger room. The pool I mean the tub in the master bath was ginormous. I think we could've fit 20 people in there haha. Everynight Daddy went in the tub with shorts on with Dalton because we knew he would run around if he was in that big of a tub by himself haha. My little pumpkin loved the big tub!!!
After he got out and we put him in his jammies he went and was sitting in the cabinet near the sink. It was so funny he brought him monkey in there with him and his first birthday book and was talking to the monkey like that was there house and he was reading to him. I didn't reach my camera in time but here is him coming out and he's yelling at me because I am disturbing him and his friend haha.
After him running laps in the condo I finally got him to lay down with me on the chair and we all sat in the living room and watched criminal minds and cold case. We love those shows even when we're on vacation haha.
That was the end of our first weekend in Florida. Now is getting to the fun busy week at Disney World!!!!
