We went to the Houston Zoo on Good Friday and it was PACKED!!! Totally worth it though because Dalton had a blast...
Here we are hiding from Daddy near the bat caves. It felt so good to sit in the shade because it was so hot outside. Daddy found us as you can see by Dalton laughing because he scared us and Dalton thinks it is so funny when something scares him.
Dalton and Mommy sitting on the ducks right after seeing the lamas. Dalton loved the lamas they were his favorite thing at the zoo, probably because they were up close and personal:):) When Dalton saw the ducks by the lamas he thought we were at the park and wanted to get down and feed them.
Dalton LOVED playing in the water shooting up in the kids area. He thought this was the coolest thing and kept putting his feet and hands in it. I wish I had his bathing suit with us because he kept wanting to sit on the waterfall :):)
Dalton got to ride the merry-go-round. I was on it with him at first but the lady made me get down and stand next to it. He thought it was cool that he was going up and down and he kept laughing and popping his butt up and down while holding onto the poll. Good thing mommy was standing there:):)
Dalton didn't like the seals to much (as you can see by his face expression) because they stayed under the water the whole time we were watching them.
When we got back from the zoo Dalton took his FIRST STEPS:):):)
